This typically includes:

• Review of existing reports

• Information from school

• Detailed developmental history interview

• Structured Parent Interview utilising the Autism Diagnostic Interview-Revised (ADI-R) 

• Play based assessment. A second team member will also be present typically (OT/SLT) 

• Clinical Interview with Adolescents

• Feedback 

• Report with detailed recommendations for home and school

• Advice regarding education/health service pathways

This typically includes:

This typically includes:

• Initial Consultation (90-120 minutes)
• Full Occupational Therapy Assessment & Report– Assess a child’s functional skills in the following area’s; fine and gross motor, sensory processing, self-care skills and visual processing skills.
• Handwriting Assessment and assistive technology recommendation 
• Sensory Processing assessment; consultation (60min), standardised assessment and individualised sensory diet home programme
• Occupational Therapy Review Assessment
• School Report
